All personal data requested is mandatory, and it is not possible to register and enrol if you do not provide us with the complete data, without prejudice to the fact that you may freely view the content of the Website.

Unless the client gives us their consent, Viajes Reina will retain their data only for as long as the commercial relationship with them is maintained. From that moment on, only the minimum necessary data relating to the transactions carried out will be kept blocked (at the disposal of the relevant authorities and for the defence of the company) in order to deal with any claim for as long as it has not become time-barred (art. 13.2.a GDPR).

They may likewise lodge, at any time, a complaint with the supervisory authority (art. 13.2.d GDPR).
